    Experience

My work focuses on translating ground research into programmes, building the systems behind them, and aligning the right partners to make them work in practice. I operate across international organizations, corporate, and humanitarian contexts in Latin America and Africa. Over time, I have focused on a critical gap in the sector: the difficulty of turning impact into sustainable, scalable models. Many organizations generate meaningful change but struggle to build the structures, revenue streams, and internal alignment needed to sustain and grow that impact. I contribute by designing initiatives that integrate fieldwork, technology, and strategic partnerships—while helping organizations move toward more resilient, financially viable models without losing their mission. Alongside this, I work in education, where I translate complex ideas into clear, practical frameworks and support others in building careers and ventures in social impact.
