The Mentorship Program for Purpose-Driven Talents helps young professionals discover their skills, define their goals, and align their aspirations to create job opportunities that fit their career. Through guided sessions, the IKIGAI model, and the support of an experienced mentor, participants find greater clarity in their path and develop the skills to reuse this process and reassess their direction whenever they feel they've lost their way.

Vulindlela — isiZulu for "to open the way" — is a first-generation pan-African fund manager headquartered in Iceland, designed to channel equity capital into Africa's largest listed companies. Its flagship African Large Market Capitalisation Fund offers investors exposure to the continent's largest and best performing companies, blending Africa's energy with Iceland's institutional strength to bridge a critical gap in global capital markets.

Sindri pursues a single question: what does it take for a community to reach the point where it no longer needs us? It is a hosted initiative inside Purpose Circle — not a separate legal entity — bringing together a portfolio of impact investment vehicles in development. All vehicles are still in development: five are in active design across two waves, with the remainder at earlier stages.

The Impact Value Chain (IVC) is a framework Purpose Circle is developing to map how inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact connect across a project or organisation. More details will follow as the framework matures.
