Marketplace Builders — El Colectivo
Help us build El Colectivo: a marketplace that connects Purpose Circle initiatives with experts, consultants, and volunteers as new needs arise.
Responsibilities
- Design the structure of the marketplace (categories, profiles, matching criteria).
- Recruit and onboard the first cohort of experts and consultants.
- Define the workflow: how a new need is posted, matched, and closed.
Deliverables
- Contribute to a first structural draft (categories, profiles, matching criteria) over the first 2 months.
- Help identify and onboard a few initial experts or consultants.
- Write up the workflow (post → match → close) as it takes shape.
Profile
Product, operations, or community-building background. Comfortable starting from a blank page. This is a meaningful build.
Estimated commitment: 5–8 hours per week
